Despite TCAF's "no costume" rule, many of us nerds donned Homestuck T-shirts and spent many hours in line hoping for a face-to-face with Andrew Hussie. I was one of the weak ones whose pained feet forced me to abandon hope and my place in line.
But! It was a super-fun time (not to mention the event is free), so if you're in Toronto next May, you really ought to stop in and see some of your favorite artists in person! Or in some cases, from a short distance... ^^;;
